摘 要:超音速火焰喷涂技术是热喷涂领域中最先进的技术之一.试验设备为JP5000型超音速喷涂机,基体材料为GH907合金,喷涂粉末材料为CoCrW.试验研究了送粉速率,喷涂距离对涂层质量的影响,比较了不同试验参数下喷涂涂层的显微结构,确定了适宜的工艺参数,并对试样进行拉伸强度、表面洛氏硬度力学性能测试.试样的拉伸强度达78Mpa,表面洛氏硬度达到81以上.Supersonic flame spraying technologies is one of the most advanced technologies in the spraying field. By using JPS000 supersonic spraying machine, the influence of the trans- fer speed of powder and the spraying distance on the quality of the CoCrW coating of GH907 alloy matrix was investigated. The metallographic structures of the coating under the condi- tions of the different spraying technical parameters were compared and the optimal spraying technical parameters were determined. The new specimens were produced on the basis of the optimal spraying technical parameters. Tensile strength and surface Rockwell hardness were measured. Mechanical properties of the CoGrW supersonic spraying coating on GH907 high- temperature alloy show that the tensile strength of the specimens is 78MPa, and surface Rockwell hardness reaches 81. Therefore, all the properties of the coating are good under the selected spraying technical parameters.
