自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)在直肠黏膜脱垂中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)在直肠黏膜脱垂治疗中的应用。方法对85例直肠黏膜脱垂患者行自动痔疮套扎术治疗的临床资料进行分析总结。结果 83例治愈(97.6%),2例好转(2.4%),有效率100%,无出血、感染等并发症。结论 RPH治疗直肠黏膜脱垂疗效可靠,经济安全,操作简便,创伤小,术后恢复快。Objective To assess the clinical efficiency of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids （RPH） in the treatment of rectal mucosal prolapse. Methods Eighty-five patients with rectal mucosal prolapse were treated with RPH. The therapeutic effects were analyzed and operation experiences were summarized. Results Of 85 patients, 83 were cured {97.6%}, and 2 felt better {2.4%）. The total efficiency is 100%. No major complications were noted. Conclusion RPH is an effective, easily manipulated method with minimal invasire, less hospital cost and shorter hospital stay.
