摘  要:以氯化镁和酒石酸铵为原料通过超声波-醇水-络合沉淀法制备纳米氧化镁,用DTA-TG,XRD和SEM等手段对产物进行表征。研究了反应物浓度、不同醇、不同醇水比例以及超声时间和超声功率对氧化镁粒径的影响。实验结果表明,当氯化镁浓度为1mol/L,氯化镁和酒石酸铵的浓度比为1∶3,使用正丁醇与水组成的混合溶剂且两者体积比控制在3∶1的条件下,以80 W功率超声反应20 min,烘干煅烧前驱物后可获得平均粒径为50nm,分散均匀的纳米氧化镁。Nano-magnesia particles were prepared by ultrasonic-alcohol-water and chelate-precipitation method using magnesium chloride and ammonium tartrate as raw materials,and studied by DTA-TG,XRD and SEM.The influence factors,such as concentration of reactants,different alcohol,different alcohol-water ratio,ultrasonic time and frequency on nano-magnesia particle size were studied in this paper.When the magnesium chloride concentration of 1 mol/L.The concentration of ammonlum chloride and traric acid ratio of 1∶3.The use of combinations of n-butanol and water mixed solvent ratio of the two control condition s in the 3∶1,with 80 power ultrasound for 20 min.It was found that magnesia uniformly dispersed with particle size about 50 nm could be prepared by controlling a certain process conditions.
