摘  要:以氯化镁为原料,氨水为沉淀剂,采用直接沉淀法制备了超细氢氧化镁。研究了氯化镁溶液和氨水的添加方式、溶液pH值、氨水浓度、反应温度、反应时间、氨水滴加速度等因素对氢氧化镁的收率、过滤性能的影响;用粒度分析仪、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对产品进行了表征。结果表明,采用氨水加入氯化镁溶液中的添加方式,反应温度为40℃,溶液pH值为10.0,反应时间为1 h,氨水浓度为13 mol/L,氨水滴加速度为6.0 mL/min的反应条件,氢氧化镁的收率达到80%~90%;得到产品的平均粒径小于4μm,形貌为不规则片状,其过滤性能良好。Magnesium hydroxide was synthesized through solution precipitation.The influence of synthesis parameters on yielding and filtering performance of magnesium hydroxide precipitated in dilute aqueous medium was studied,e.g.reaction temperature and concentration,pH value and reaction time,charging sequence and rate.The powders were characterized in terms of particle size,crystal habits,morphology by laser diffusion analyses,X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 40 ℃,pH value was 10.0,reaction time was 1 h,ammonia concentration was 13 mol/L,ammonia adding rate was 6.0 mL/min,the recover rate of magnesium hydroxide was 80%~90%.The average size of Magnesium hydroxide was 4 μm,the morphology was lamellar,the filter property was excellence.
