摘  要:离子筛吸附法是从高镁锂比海水卤水中提锂的最具工业化应用前景的方法,合成高吸附量的锂离子筛吸附剂是其关键。文章简要介绍了已开发的三类离子筛吸附剂,重点介绍了具有良好发展前景的锰氧化物锂离子筛的制备方法,归纳了高镁锂比海水卤水吸附法提锂工艺及装置的研究现状。针对锂离子筛吸附剂工业化应用中存在的问题,提出了开展离子筛吸附法提锂技术研究和产业化应用的建议。Among the lithium extraction methods from seawater and brines with high ratio of magnesium to lithium,Ion-Sieve Adsorption Method is now the most promising one for industrial application,and the key problem of the process is the synthesis of lithium ion-sieve adsorbents with high adsorption capacities.The three types of ion-sieves developed and their preparation methods of lithium manganese oxide ion-sieves were emphatically introduced,and the research status of lithium extraction techniques and devices of adsorption method from seawater and brines with high ratio of magnesium to lithium,were summarized.Finally,aiming at existential problems in the industrial application of lithium ion-sieve adsorbents,proposals for developing lithium extraction technology research and industrialized application of Ion-Sieve Adsorption Method were put forward.
