国外发展农民专业合作社的经验及其借鉴——以美国、西班牙和日本为例

摘　　要：20世纪40年代以来,国外依据农民专业合作有关理论成果,推动了农民专业合作社的快速发展。经济发达的国家如美国、西班牙和日本,均形成了具有自己特色的农民专业合作社,它们在提高农民的组织化程度,保护农民利益,增加农民收入等方面都发挥了积极作用。其科学的合作原则,因地制宜的发展模式、严密的组织体系、有效的法律保障和政策支持等经验值得借鉴。Many foreign professors study farmer cooperatives.There are many theories about farmer cooperatives in oversea.We will introduce some theories and the development experience of American farmer cooperatives,Spain agricultural cooperatives and Japan agricultural cooperatives.Their experience are to improve the one person a ticket system,establish the member funds account,make democratic management sound and let experts guide the cooperatives.On this basis,foreign socio-economic conditions of foreign farmer specialized cooperatives will be introduced.
