国外农业产业集群发展的特点与启示——以荷兰、法国和美国为例

摘　　要：分析了荷兰花卉产业集群、法国葡萄产业集群和美国的玉米及葡萄酒产业集群发展特点,并归纳了荷、法、美三国农业产业集群发展对中国农业集群发展的几点启示:科技创新是农业产业集群式发展的根本动力;农业劳动力知识水平的提高是集群成长的重要基础;现代农业集群式发展必须立足于区域比较优势;政府在农业集群发展的不同阶段辨证施治;注重发挥农民合作社及其他民间组织的作用。It analyzes development characteristics of flower industry cluster in Holland,grape industry cluster in France,maize and wine industry in the U.S,summarizes the enlighentment to the agricultural industry development in China： the indispensability of innovations in science and technology,the improvement of the agricultural labor’s expertise,taking the advantage of the regional comparison,the government’s corresponding diagnosis and treatment at different stages and bringing in the farmers cooperatives and other non-governmental organizations into play.
