摘　　要：目的:探讨股骨远端恶性骨肿瘤切除并人工全膝关节置换术患者的护理配合方法。方法:对20例股骨远端恶性骨肿瘤切除并人工全膝关节置换患者做好术前准备、术中配合、术后指导。结果:本组随访5～27个月,无一例关节松动、折断及感染等并发症发生。结论:认真做好股骨远端恶性骨肿瘤切除行人工全膝关节置换术患者的护理配合,可确保手术顺利进行,减少术后并发症的发生。Objective：To explore the methods of nursing cooperation in the resection of malignant bone tumor of distal femur and total knee replacement. Methods：Preoperative preparation,intraoperative nursing cooperation and postoperative guidance were fully carried out for 20 patients who underwent resection of malignant bone tumor of distal femur and total knee replacement. Results：Following up for 5 to 27 months,no complications of joint prosthesis loosening,fracture and infection occurred in any patients. Conclusion：Good intraoperative nursing cooperation can ensure smooth operation and reduce postoperative complications in the resection of malignant bone tumor of distal femur and total knee replacement.
