卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及对血清IgE的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及对血清IgE的影响。方法:将59例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组。治疗组每次给予卡介菌多糖核酸注射液1mg,im,qod,15次为1个疗程,同时口服氯雷他定10mg/d。对照组仅给予口服氯雷他定,剂量及疗程同治疗组。根据患者的风团大小、数量、自觉症状等进行临床疗效评价。同时检测患者治疗前后血清IgE水平。结果:治疗组有效率80.6%,痊愈率45.1%,对照组分别为42.9%和10.7%。治疗组血清IgE水平明显低于治疗前,差异有显著性P<0.05。结论:卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid injection in the treatment of chronic urticaria and its effect on serum IgE.Method：59 cases of chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into two groups.Each of the patients in the treatment group was given BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid injection 1mg,im,qod,15 times as a course of treatment,and was given 10mg of loratadine PO q.d at the same time.Each of the patients in the control group was given 10mg of loratadine PO q.d only.The dose and the course of the control group was the same as the treatment group.The clinical therapeutic effectiveness was assessed according to the size and number of wheals,the subjective symptoms.The level of serum IgE of the patients were determined before and after treatment.Result：The effective rates were 80.6% and 42.9% in the treatment group and control group.While the cure rates were 45.1 % and 10.7% in the treatment group and control group.The level of serum IgE of the patients were significantly lower after treatment in the treatment group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid is fairly effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
