炉甘石混合液与双料喉风散交替治疗小儿臀红的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:观察炉甘石混合液与双料喉风散交替用于治疗小儿臀红的疗效及护理。方法:将60例患儿随机分成治疗组及对照组各30例,治疗组分别给予炉甘石混合液及双料喉风散,对照组则予1%复方龙胆紫溶液涂臀部患处,观察臀红消退天数及其疗效,副作用等,并采用相应的护理措施。结果:炉甘石混合液与双料喉风散交替用于治疗小儿臀红有效率为93.3%,对照组则为57.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组的臀红消退天数为3.8+2.1d,对照组为6.2+3.7d两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:炉甘石混合液、双料喉风散交替用于治疗小儿臀红,明显缩短病程并无毒副作用,是治疗小儿臀红的有效方法。Objective：To observe the calamine mixture alternately with Houfengsan for the treatment of pediatric hip red.Method：60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each.Treatment group were given calamine Houfengsan mixture and the control group were applied 1% crystal violet solution on the infected area.Then observed the days of hip red fadeaway and its efficacy,side effects,etc.And used the appropriate care measures accordingly.Result：Calamine mixture alternately with Houfengsan for the treatment of pediatric hip red effective rate was 93.3%.57.0% in the control group.Differences between the two groups was statistically significant（p〈0.01）;The days hip red fadeaway in the treatment group was 3.8 ＋2.1 days,in the control group was 6.2 ＋3.7 days,the differences between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Calamine,Houfengsan,alternate for the treatment of pediatric hip red,significantly shorter course of the disease,and non-toxic side effects,is an effective way to children red buttocks.
