根管治疗中四手操作护理配合的作用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨根管治疗中四手操作护理配合的作用。方法随机选择口腔科门诊进行下颌第一磨牙根管治疗的无明显全身疾患的患者80例，分成两组，以四手操作护理配合40例为治疗组，常规护理配合40例作为对照组，观察两组治疗时间和治疗质量。结果治疗组优于对照组，两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论四手操作护理配合根管治疗有良好的作用。Objective To investigate the fourhanded technique assorted nursing in root canal therapy. Methods To select 80 patients of root canal therapy on the first mandibular molar with non-system affection in department of stomatology,the treatment group treated by fourhanded technique assorted nursing were 40 cases, control group treated by usual care were 40 cases, observing time and quality of therapy.Results the treatment group was better than control group in curative effect （P〈0.05）. Conclusions there was satisfactory effect in fourhanded technique assorted nursing in root canal therapy.
