摘  要:提出一种基于Logix齿轮的多齿轮泵,并讨论其流量特性。Logix齿轮的无根切最少齿数小,容易小型化,适合于齿轮泵的应用。用2个Logix齿轮构成二齿轮泵,则脉动比较大,难以实用化。用3个Logix齿轮依次啮合构成多齿轮泵,位于中间的齿轮作为主动轮,与两侧的从动轮构成2个子泵。通过合适的管道配流,可以使得多齿轮泵的流量增大1倍。多齿轮泵中,主动轮的齿数决定了多齿轮泵的流量脉动状况。主动轮的齿数为偶数情况下,子泵的流量变化情况相同,不能相互补偿,结果脉动与二齿轮泵相同;而主动轮的齿数为奇数情况下,子泵的流量变化能够相互补偿,脉动比二齿轮泵大大减小。A kind of multi-gear pump based on Logix gear is proposed, and its flow uniformity is discussed. The Logix gear has minimum teeth number for no undercutting, and can be miniaturized easily, it' s suitable to be used in gear pump. The two-gear pump with 2 Logix gears is difficult to apply, because of its great flow fluctuation. The multigear pump is comprised of 3 Logix gears meshed successively, and with the middle one as the driving gear, two subsidiary pumps between the driving gear and the two driven gears are formed. The multi-gear pump flow increases more than one times by distributing proper channel flow. In the multi-gear pump, the situation of flow fluctuation is determined by teeth number of the driving gear. When the teeth number of driving gear is even number, the two subsidiary pumps flow fluctuate synchronously and be unable to compensate each other, the multi-gear pump has the same fluctuation as the two-gear pmp. When the teeth number of driving gear is odd number, the subsidiary pumps can compensate one another, and the fluctuation of the multi-gear pump is greatly lesser than the two- gear pump.
