摘  要:针对现行按传动角设计曲柄摇杆机构方法的缺陷,证明了按γmin≥[γ]设计曲柄摇杆闭式解的存在性和唯一性;运用机构学知识,将γmin≥[γ]转化成一元不等式,用数学知识证明了与含参数的变系数的一元二次不等式同解;根据一元不等式与参数的关系导出参数可能的表达,依据闭式解的唯一性排除参数不可能表达,从而确定γmin≥[γ]的闭式解。Aiming at the defect in designing crank-rocker mechanism by transmission angels,the existence and uniqueness of closed-form solution for designing crank-rocker mechanism by γmin≥[γ] is proved."γmin≥[γ]" is turned into an one-variable inequality,and it is proved the fact that "γmin≥[γ]"is of the same solution with the one-variable quadratic inequality with parameters.The possible formula of parameters from the relations of the one-variable inequality is dericed,and the impossible formula of parameters is exeluded based on uniqueness of closed solution.Finally,the closed-form solution is determined.
