摘　　要：在半消声室变速器NVH试验台上对某款国产变速器进行振动噪声试验,采用阶次分析的方法,识别出主要噪声源;分析了齿轮系统的动态激励;经路试后,解体变速器检测齿轮的结果;确定了产生啸叫声的主要激励源是齿轮副的啮合冲击。The NVH test of a domestic transmission is done with the semi-anechoic room transmission test bench, the transmission＇ s main noise source is found by the order analysis. By analyzing the dynamic excitation of gear system, it is determined that the mesh impact is the main excitation source of the squeak, after the car tested and checked it.
