摘　　要：针对目前储罐底板检测器的接口与计算机连接不方便,数据传输的线缆易受干扰,检测信号不稳定等问题,研制了基于USB的储罐底板检测器采集系统。适应36通道高清晰度信号采集和处理的需求,选用了集成A/D转换器的ADuC812型单片机,配合使用CY68013作为USB接口传输控制芯片,完成多路检测信号的采集、数据缓冲以及与上位机的通信。本文重点介绍了采集系统的硬件结构、采集程序设计和USB固件程序设计。该系统已经通过了检测器的现场试验与测试。测试结果表明,该系统满足检测数据的实时采集、传输以及显示的要求,能够完成储罐底板的高速检测任务。Current tank floor inspection tools have problems such as inconvenient connect interface with computer,data transmission cable vulnerable to interference,and unstable inspection signal.To solve these problems,a data acquisition system for tank floor inspection tool based on USB was developed.It is designed to adapt the requirements of 36-channel high resolution signal acquisition and processing.ADuC812 with an integrated A / D converter was used together with CY68013 USB microcontroller to accomplish multi-channel inspection signal acquisition,data buffering and USB interface communication with computer.This paper focused on the system hardware structure,the design of acquisition program and USB firmware program.The design has passed filed test of the tank floor inspection tool successfully.Experiments demonstrated that the system meets the requirements of real-time acquisition,transmission and display.This system could accomplish high-speed tank floor inspection assignments.
