绍兴市教师高血糖、高血脂和脂肪肝临床调查及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高血糖、高血脂和脂肪肝的相关因素。方法对2008年6月—2009年6月在我院接受体检的714名教师的血糖、血脂和脂肪肝情况进行检查,并对其相关因素进行分析。结果检出高血糖47名,占6.58%;高血脂166名,占23.24%;脂肪肝134名,检出率为18.77%。对不同性别中高血糖、高血脂和脂肪肝的分布情况进行统计学分析发现,男性体检者的高血糖、高血脂和脂肪肝发生率均明显高于女性体检者(P<0.05),且随着年龄的增长,高血糖、高血脂和脂肪肝的发生率明显升高(P<0.05)。随着BMI的增加,高血糖、高血脂和脂肪肝的发生率明显上升(P<0.05),高血糖、高血脂和脂肪肝的发生与血压异常存在明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论高血糖、高血脂和脂肪肝与患者的年龄、性别、血压及体重密切相关,为了保持健康,应合理膳食,适量运动,戒烟限酒,对于无效者,可在医生指导下选择适当药物或其他方法进行治疗。OBJECTIVE To investigate related factors of the high blood sugar, high blood lipids, fatty liver. METHODS In this paper, the high blood sugar, high blood lipids, fatty liver of 714 persons, who undergo medical examination are inspected and their related factors are analyzed. RESULTS The number of patiends of high blood sugar is 47, accounting for 6.58%; high blood lipidsis 166, accounting for 23.24%,fatty liveris 134, accounting for 18.77%. Analyzing different genders in high blood sugar, high blood lipids and fatty liver, the distribution of medical examination found that men＇s high blood sugar, high blood lipids and fatty liver were significantly higher than the incidence of female health examination（P〈0.05）. And with age growth, high blood sugar, high blood lipids and fatty liver were significantly increased（P〈0.05）. With the increase in BMI, high blood sugar, high blood lipids and fatty liver were significantly increased（P〈0.05）. High blood sugar, high blood fat and fatty liver were significant correlation with abnormal blood pressure （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Sex, age, blood pressure and body weight are the related factors of high blood sugar, high blood lipids, and fatty liver. In order to stay healthy, reasonable diet, regular exercise, smoking cessation alcohol limit should be adopted. If the suggestions above don’t have effectiveness, the appropriate drugs or other methods for treatment should be chosen under the guidance of doctors.
