摘　　要：目的:分析了解新型农村合作医疗以地市为统筹层次的住院补偿的分布情况。方法:对3个试点地市进行全面调查,收集新型农村合作医疗补偿的各项指标,将被调查地区按经济收入进行分组,绘制集中曲线,计算集中指数。结果:铜陵市和焦作市无论住院补偿人次还是住院补偿费用公平程度均较高,实行地市统筹并未带来受益不公平问题。Objective： To analyze and understand the new rural cooperative medical care in city-level hospitals to coordinate the distribution of compensation. Methods： Comprehensively surveying three pilot cities and collecting indicators of cooperative medical care compensation, grouping according to the economic income of investigation into the city, and drawing focus curve to calculate concentration index. Results： Either view of compensation for the hospitalization or fair compensation for the hospitalization fairness of Tongling City and Jiaozuo City is higher. The implementation of coordination is not brought to the city to benefit from the issue of unfairness.
