摘　　要：目的:分析江苏省常熟市新型农村合作医疗住院按病种付费的实施效果。方法:对单病种付费实施前后医疗费用做对比分析。结果:实施住院单病种付费对控制医疗费用增长有一定效果,但需要建全监督机制,应结合相应的管理办法对其加以补充和完善,以加强控制费用的效果。Objective： To analyze the effects on case payment in the city of Changshu, Jiangsu Province. Methods： Compare changes of medical cost after carrying out the case payment. Results： There are some effect to control medical cost rising because of implementation of case payment but supervise mechanisms should be set up to enhance the effect of the cost controlling.
