摘　　要：区域卫生规划是许多国家政府对卫生事业实行宏观管理的最有效手段,它对于完善卫生服务体系和提高全民的健康水平具有深远的意义。但是,区域卫生规划在我国实施以来,尚未取得很好的效果,进一步实施与推进区域卫生规划的一些主要问题依然未能很好地得到解决,需要社会各界对区域卫生规划的开展进行重新审视和思考。Regional health planning in many countries to implement the government＇s macro-management of health of the most effective means to improve health services for its system and improve the health of all the people of far-reaching significance. However, the regional health planning in China since the implementation has not yet achieved very good results, the further implementation of the regional health planning with the promotion of some of the major problems still not well solved, need the community to carry out regional health planning to re-examine and think.
