摘　　要：目的:对浙江省农村卫生适宜技术推广应用的效果开展评价,为今后农村卫生适宜技术的推广使用提供借鉴。方法:采用问卷调查的方法,获得各级医疗机构及医务人员技术推广使用的信息。结果:浙江省农村卫生适宜技术推广具有较好的成本效果。结论:加强政府责任,发挥非政府组织在卫生适宜技术使用中的作用。Objective： To analyze the transferring and using of rural appropriate health care technology in Zhejiang to provide reference for it. Methods： The questionnaire is used to get the information of the appropriate health technology transferring to country in Zhejiang. Results： The appropriate health technology transferring is economical by CEA. Conclusions： The function of the govern- ment and NGO in the application of the health care technology should be strengthened.
