摘　　要：根据目前建设项目成本控制所出现的问题,通过对成本控制相关内容的学习,分别对项目设计阶段、施工阶段和竣工阶段的成本控制方法进行了分析,并得出了相关的结论,以期为企业的建设项目成本控制积累经验。According to the problems in the cost control of the current construction projects,by studying the theories related to the cost control,analyzes the program design stage,the construction stage and the cost control methods for the complete stage,and concludes relative results,so as to accumulate experience for the cost control in construction projects in enterprises.
