摘  要:本文通过正交优化设计法探讨了乳化柴油体系中,HLB值、乳化剂用量、助乳化剂用量(正丁醇)、乳化温度4种因素对乳化柴油稳定性的影响,并对乳化柴油的制备工艺进行了详细的研究.研究表明,以Span80、CTAB进行复配作为乳化剂,当HLB值为8.8,乳化剂用量6.0%,助乳化剂正丁醇与乳化剂的质量比约为1.0:2.7,乳化时间30min,可以得到掺水量为14.0%的乳化柴油,该乳化柴油外观澄清透明,常温放置60d外观无变化,稳定性较高。Optimized by orthogonal design method to find a better preparation of emulsified diesel fuel technology,in the system of emulsified diesel oil,HLB values,amount of emulsifier,to help emulsifier(n-butanol),emulsifying temperature of four kinds of factors on the stability of emulsified diesel oil.The result indicate that,choosing the mixture of Span80 and CTAB as the emulsifying agent,when the HLB value is 8.8,the emulsifier at the percent of 6.0% and the mass ratio of the help emulsifier(n-butanol) to the emulsifier is 1.0:2.7,it prepares the emulsified diesel fuel with a water proportion of 14% after emulsifying in 30min.The emulsified diesel fuel appearances clarified and transparent.It can hold over 60d at the normal temperature with high stability.
