摘  要:对某种船用通风机的内部流动进行了三维数值模拟,获取其性能曲线,对其流场特性进行了分析,在此基础上提出改进方案.通过修改叶片与蜗壳形状,明显地改善了叶栅与蜗壳通道的流动状态,尤其是消除了蜗舌附近区域的紊乱现象,使风机全压和效率有了显著提高.并对计算中的一些关键问题进行了讨论.Three-dimensional numerical simulation was made on the inner flow of a marine-fan to gain its characteristic curves.Based on the detailed analysis of the flow field,improvements in the fan design were proposed including the modification of the blade and volute geometry,which improve notably the flow situation in the passages of cascades and volute,especially the confused phenomenon near the volute tongue.The pressure increment and the efficiency are remarkably raised.Besides,some crucial problems in the calculation were discussed.
