摘 要:利用滚压振动磨在干法室温的条件下制得最大粒径为50~80 nm、最小粒径为3~5 nm的Zn纳米颗粒,并在一定的条件下使其与水蒸气反应,得到Zn和棒状ZnO的混合物.水解温度为260℃、反应2 h得到Zn含量为97.91%混合物,其分散性能好、比表面积大,光催化降解曙红B的效果最佳,在距离为6 cm的30 W紫外灯照射下,25 min就已降解95%,1 h后几乎完全降解,其光催化效果和ZnO纳米片相当,明显优于纯的ZnO纳米棒.这种优异降解特性归功于水解过程中生成的独特的ZnO棒状纳米结构及金属Zn的存在.The roller vibration milling was used to manufacture nano-zinc particles,which is 50~80 nm and 3~5 nm in diameter at the room temperature by the dry mode.They were hydrolyzed with steam under certain conditions to obtain the mixture of zinc and ZnO nano-rod.After hydrolyzation at 260 ℃ for 2 hours,the hybrid containing 97.91% zinc becomes higly dispersive with large surface area and is of great effect to degrade the eosin B.Exposing the eosin B solution with the catalyst to a UV source light of 30 W at a distance of 6 cm,the eosin B will be degraded by 95% and after 1 hour almost entirely.The photocatalytic efficiency of the hybrid is equivalent to that of ZnO nanoplatelets and more prior to the pure ZnO nano-rod,which is because of the unique ZnO nano-structure and the mixture containing metal Zn.
