摘 要:引入无量纲熵产数Ns表示燃气轮机装置热力性能的完善程度,对其进行热力性能熵产分析,综合考虑压力比π、温度比τ和回热度σ对熵产数Ns的影响,进行了熵产数Ns尽可能小的热力性能参数优选.以板翅式回热器为例,采用穷举法优化计算方法,期望传热面密度达到最优.经热力参数与结构参数优化,达到提高燃气轮机循环效率、减少耗能的目的.In order to analyze thermodynamic performance of gas turbine plants cycle,the non-dimensional entropy generation number Ns was introduced,which indicates its rate of thermodynamic perfection.The relations between parameters of thermal performance were studied,they are:regenerator effectiveness σ,temperature ratio τ,pressure ratio π and entropy generation number Ns.The smaller Ns is,the better temperature ratio τ and pressure ratio π are.The optimization process of a plate-fin heat exchanger of gas turbine was presented as an example.All available computational methods were listed to choose the optimal one.Labview 8.2 software is taken as solving tool.The best ratio of area to volume is investigated via optimizing the thermodynamic performance and structural parameters in order to improve the efficiency of the gas turbine plants corculation and reduce the enegy loss.
