摘　　要：木丝水泥板是一种从国外引进技术生产的低成本环保节能板材,通过样板房建设,研究了环保节能木丝水泥板农村住房的设计与建造技术,测试了房屋的保温性能,并对木丝水泥板农村住房的经济性进行了分析。样板房采用轻型混凝土框架结构,木丝水泥板作为现浇混凝土柱梁板的永久模板、轻体墙双面板以及屋面顶板。结合我国农村实际,研究开发了应用木丝水泥板建造村镇住房的设计与施工技术、有关配件及施工工法。Wood wool cement board （WWBC） is a new low-cost energy-saving construction material produced by imported technology. With the construction of a model house,this paper researched the design and construction technology, tested the insulation performance,and carried out an economics analysis of WWCB Rural Housing. The model housing is of lightweight concrete frame structure,with WWCB as permanent formwork for cast-in-situ concrete column,beam and slab, light body wall plates,and roof panels. Combining the China＇s rural reality,WWCB rural housing design and construction technology, related aecesseries and construetian procedures are researched and developed.
