摘  要:以水为溶剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,马来酸酐、乙酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸为原料,合成了三元共聚物防垢剂,并对其进行了性能评价。研究了三元共聚物的质量浓度、温度及体系pH值等条件对其防垢率的影响。结果表明,合成的马来酸酐/乙酸乙烯酯/丙烯酸三元共聚物防垢剂对碳酸钙的防垢效果较好。The copolymer scale inhibitor was synthesized via polymerization of maleic anhydride,vinyl acetate and acrylic acid in aqueous solution with the initiator of ammonium persulfate and its properties were evaluated. The effects of the system conditions including copolymer concentration, temperature and pH value on the anti-scaling rate were studied. Experimental results showed that the scale inhibition synthesized was good to prevent the formation of calcium carbonate.
