石油企业自主创新联盟的影响因素分析

摘　　要：资源及能力的有限性使得企业在自主创新过程中将面临巨大的风险,而自主创新联盟有助于企业通过知识、技术等资源的互补实现关键技术的突破,以达到共赢。故以石油企业为例,在定性分析的基础上,提出影响石油企业自主创新联盟的主要因素,通过因子分析及信度检验,认为利益、风险、伙伴关系、行业环境及潜在能力是影响石油企业自主创新联盟的主要因素。The limited resources and capacity makes the process of enterprises in independent innovation will face huge risks,but independent innovation alliance will help businesses through knowledge,technology and other resources,complement each other to achieve breakthroughs in key technologies to achieve win-win situation.In this paper,oil companies,for example,in the qualitative analysis,based on the impact of oil companies make innovation a major factor in the League,through factor analysis and reliability testing,that the benefits,risks,partnerships,industry environment and the potential of affecting the oil companies independent innovation a major factor in the League.
