用特殊染色法对猪附红细胞体病的诊断研究

摘　　要：为了筛选出比较理想的诊断猪附红细胞体的染色方法,本试验对患附红细胞体病猪的血液涂片,采用常规的瑞氏、吉-瑞氏染色法和两种特殊染色法,即过碘酸-雪夫氏(PAS)和古德帕斯彻(Goodpas-ture)染色法进行了鉴别比较。结果表明,特殊染色法可将附红细胞体染成乳白色,不论在红细胞的表面还是存在于血浆中均易被检出,而且涂片上没有类似的杂质,不易造成误诊。因此,特殊染色法可用于猪附红细胞体病的临床诊断。In order to screen out the more ideal method to staining Eperythrozoon suis,the blood samples from pigs with eperythrozoonosis were stained by Wright and Giemsa-Wright that was expression of conventional staining and periodic acid Schiff reaction（PAS） and Goodpastur that was expression of special staining.The results showed that Eperythrozoon suis was stained as milkiness by special staining and detected out easily no matter it is on the surface of the red blood cells or in blood plasma.There was no impurity on the smear,so misdiagnosis was avoided.the special staining could be applied to the diagnosis of eperythrozoonosis in clinic.
