摘　　要：分析了主体材料为Incoloy Alloy 825合金的汽化炉内件在焊接中可能出现的问题,提出了以手工钨极氩弧焊打底、焊条电弧焊盖面的焊接方法,并从坡口选择、焊接材料选择及焊接操作等方面出发,制定了切实可行的焊接工艺,保证了汽化炉内件的焊接质量。By analyzing the main materials for Incoloy Alloy 825 vaporization stove internal components in welding of possible problems, manual tungsten electrodes argon arc welding render and electric arc welding cover face of welding method were put forward, and according to groove selection, welding material selection, the welding operation, formulate feasible welding process, the quality of the welding vaporization stove internal components was set up.
