摘  要:利用APDL参数化设计语言建立了含损伤缺陷的K形井架参数化模型,并将其结果保存为数据文件。仿真结果表明:杆件截面锈蚀对杆件本身应力产生较大影响;局部杆件弯曲使该杆件自身应力增大,并导致与其连接的上端杆件应力减小,下端杆件应力增大;井架大腿整体弯曲会导致其应力增大,且井架前腿的弯曲比后腿弯曲更加危险;井架支座沉陷会导致下沉侧大腿应力减小,另一侧大腿应力增大,支座沉陷对井架整体的受力影响较明显。APDL was used to change the model parameters and build the parametric model of K derrick including damage deficiencies.The simulation results indicated that corrosion of bar lead to the increase of its own stress;bending of local bar could increase its own stress,decrease the stress of upper linked bar and increase the stress of lower linked bar;the bending of whole derrick legs could increase its stress,the bending of the frontal legs was more dangerous than back;the settlement of substructure can decrease the stress of submerged leg,and increase the stress of the other leg.Substructure settlement could make more stress of the derrick than other deficiencies.
