摘 要:柱塞和密封总成之间的偏磨问题严重影响泵的使用寿命和检泵周期,而引起柱塞偏磨最主要的原因是柱塞与密封总成之间的接触位置在圆周轴向上不变。研制了一种防偏磨装置——旋流扶正器,应用CFD软件对其流场进行了数值模拟计算。结果表明:该装置在带动柱塞做往复运动的同时还能够使井液充分旋流并对长柱塞进行扶正,避免柱塞和密封总成总在某一处磨损,有效解决了柱塞偏磨问题,为长塞环封抽油泵的性能改进提供了可靠依据。The eccentric wear of plunger and sealing assembly influenced the service life of the pump and examining pump cycle seriously,the main reason was that the contact position of plunger and sealing assembly was invariable in the axial side.A kind of anti-eccentric wear device was developed: swirl supporting device.Succeeding in doing the numerical simulation calculation to the flowing field of swirl supporting device by CFD software,the result showed that this device could also drive fluid rotating and support to the plunger while driving it reciprocating motion,avoiding the wearing of plunger and keeping sealing assembly always in a certain place,the problem of eccentric wear of plunger and sealing assembly effectively were solved,thus the reliable basis for performance improvement of the long plunger sealing sucker rod pump was offered.
