摘  要:介绍了快速挤注装置和配套工艺管柱的结构原理及适应的措施类型,切实解决了高压施工过程中施工时间长、风险大,对工具、油管耐压要求高的问题。在17口高压、溢流油水井上实施挤注工艺措施,全部取得成功;与常规施工工艺管柱相比,单井节约施工时间8 h以上,解堵井的施工压力平均降低4.6 MPa,应用效果良好。An advanced squeeze and injection tool and it's mating String,and its structure and principle,and its aiming at stimulation type are introduced in this article.This tool and its mating string completely resolved problems such as long duration,high risk,and strict requirement for resistance to pressure of tubing during high pressure squeeze and injection operation.17 squeeze and injection operations for 17 producing or injection wells were successfully conducted with high pressure overflow respectively.Comparing with an operation with normal kind of squeeze and injection tool and string,an operation with this tool and its mating string saved more than 8 hours,the average operation pressure was decreased by 4.6 Mpa,the higher application efficiency was realized.
