摘　　要：针对现场使用的方钻杆旋塞阀主要存在旋钮处刺漏、高压下阀芯转不动等问题,对方钻杆旋塞阀的失效原因和受力情况进行了分析,并进行了结构改进,具有推广应用价值。According to the problems that drilling fluid was occasionally leaking and valve core could not be rotated when Kelly valves were operated under high pressure on oilfield site, various causes of failure were analyzed, and load conditions were researched. Through structural improvements and manufacturing improvement, the theoretical basis for operating Kelly valves for the oilfield use can be provided.
