摘　　要：蒸汽吞吐是稠油井最主要的开采手段,由于目前采用的蒸汽吞吐工艺2次作业都需要更换井口装置,且在更换井口过程中无法使用不压井作业装置和安装防喷器,存在较大安全隐患。研制了一种注汽采油双用井口装置,介绍了该装置的设计依据、结构特点、工作原理、室内试验和应用前景。Cyclic steam injection is one of the most important viscous oil recovery means. Chan ging wellhead assembly is the must, which are two operations when using present steam stimulation processing. During changing, non-killing operation and BOP installation could not be used, so safety risk is hidden. A dual-use steam injection and oil production wellhead device was developed. Its design basic, working principle and indoor test are presented in this paper. The application foreground is viewed as well.
