摘  要:应用HFSS仿真软件分析了Pentium4 CPU散热器的电磁辐射特性。研究了散热器底面尺寸长宽比、鳍的取向及高度对第一谐振频率、第一谐振频率处电场增益及辐射方向的影响。并得出结论:当散热器底面的长宽比≥1时,随着宽边尺寸的增加,第一谐振频率基本保持在2.6 GHz,电场增益基本不变,约为8.3 dB,辐射方向变化较大;鳍的取向对电场增益及辐射方向影响不大,但纵向鳍高度对谐振频率影响较大。The electromagnetic radiation characteristics of Pentium 4CPU heatsink are analyzed with the help of HFSS. The influence of the ratio of longside to wideside of heatsink underside and the orientations and heights of fins on first resonance frequency, electric field gain and radiant direction is studied, which indicates that for the ratio of longside to wideside not smaller than 1, the resonance frequency remains at about 2. 6 GHz and the gain of electric field stays constant at about 8. 3 dB, while the radiant directions change obviously with increasing wideside; and the effects of orientations of fins on electric field and radiant direction can be neglected, while the height of longitudinal fins has a significant effect on resonance frequency.
