摘 要:针对陶瓷梯度涂层性能优良,在大气氛围下等离子喷涂制备涂层会受到空气氧化这一情况,在可控气氛(Ar气)中采用等离子喷涂的方法制取了Ni-Cr-B-Si/Al2O3的梯度涂层,并且与大气条件下制取的Ni-Cr-B-Si/Al2O3的梯度涂层进行对比.借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、x-射线衍射仪(XRD)对涂层的组织分布、相结构进行分析.结果表明:在Ar气和大气中梯度涂层的组织内部都没有明显的界面,实现了组织的连续变化;在Ar气中制取的梯度涂层的组织更加致密,被氧化的程度更低,质量更好.The property of gradient ceramic coating is excellent.However,the coating fabricated with plasma spraying in air is easy to be oxidized.Thus,Ni-Cr-B-Si/Al 2 O3 gradient coating was fabricated with plasma spraying in controlled atmosphere(Ar) ,and was compared with that fabricated in air.The microstructure and phase structure of the gradient coatings were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and x-ray diffractometer(XRD) .The results indicate that no distinct interface can be observed for the gradient coatings plasma-sprayed in both Ar and air,and the consecutive distribution of the microstructure is attained.The microstructure of the gradient coating fabricated in Ar is much denser,and the degree of oxidation is lower.The gradient coating plasma sprayed in Ar has better quality.
