摘 要:为了探讨温差作用对新型膨胀螺栓强度的影响以及被锚固的外墙外保温板空鼓、开裂的原因,采用有限元方法,分析了温度荷载作用下膨胀螺栓及保温板的温度分布,并通过热-结构耦合分析,得到其位移场、应变场和应力场.有限元分析结果表明,被锚固外保温板空鼓、开裂主要是由于锚栓盘的限制及外保温防护体系的性能差异所造成;在热应力作用下新型膨胀螺栓满足强度要求.在实际工程中保温层各相邻层的弹性模量、线膨胀系数等性能应逐层渐变,并应提高抗裂砂浆柔韧性.该研究有利于新型膨胀螺栓的推广及外墙外保温技术的应用与完善.To determine the influence of tempreture difference on the strength of new expansion bolt and identify the cracking reasons of external insulation wall anchored by new expansion bolts,the temperature distribution of both expansion bolt and insulation board was analyzed using finite element method.The corresponding displacement,strain and stress fields were obtained through thermal-structure coupling analysis. The results show that the limitation from anchor plate and the performance differences of external insulation system are the main cracking reasons for the external insulation board,and the new expansion bolt can meet the strength requirement under thermal stress.In practical engineering,the performances of adjacent layer of external insulation wall such as elastic modulus and expansion coefficient should change gradually,and the flexibility of anti-crack mortar should be improved.The present analysis is beneficial to the wide application of new expansion bolt and external insulation technology.
