摘 要:采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)表征了改性前后纳米TiO2粉体的表面特征。通过熔融共混法制备出经过微波辐照前后的聚丙烯(PP)/纳米TiO2复合材料。借助力学性能、红外光谱仪、SEM电镜照片等方法,研究了微波辐照对PP纳/米TiO2相容性的影响。结果表明:微波辐照使PP纳/米TiO2共混体系的屈服强度、断裂伸长率都增加;PP纳/米TiO2共混体系经过微波辐照以后表面产生了极性基团羰基,增强了材料的界面黏结作用,使界面间的相容性增强。The surface features of nano-TiO2 powder treated and untreated were investigated by FT-IR.The PP/nano-TiO2 composites that before and after the microwave radiation was prepared by melt blending method.According to the mechanical properties,infrared spectroscopy,SEM photographs,the effect of microwave irradiation on PP/nano-TiO2 compatibility was studied.The results showed that:microwave irradiation increased the yield strength,elongation at break of PP/nano-TiO2 blend system;after the microwave irradiation,the surface of PP/nano-TiO2 blend had the polar carbonyl group,which enhanced the interface bonding effect of material,as well as the compatibility between interface enhancements.
