摘  要:由于粘贴于等强度悬臂梁的光纤Bragg光栅受振动质量块驱动而产生应变,一种光纤Bragg光栅低频加速度传感器被研制和定义为基座运动引起的单自由度系统的受迫振动模型。模型计算表明该加速度传感器的固有频率fn为16.96 Hz.固定于激振器的光栅加速度传感器受正弦激励。加入硅油后,光栅加速度传感器的频响范围从原来的3-11Hz增大为3-22 Hz.试验结果表明:当激励振动频率接近系统固有振动频率时,阻尼系统决定了传感器的工作范围。然而,由于悬臂梁的粗端固定在基座上,传感器的频响受限于悬臂梁的固有频率。Because the strain of fiber Bragg grating mounted on the uniform intensity cantilever is excited by the vibration mass,a fiber Bragg grating low frequency accelerometer is developed and defined by the forced vibration model of single-mode system driven by the base.The mathematical model indicates that the natural frequency of accelerator is fn=16.96 Hz.Fixed on the KDJ-2 simulator,the fiber Bragg grating accelerator is suffered by the sine stimulation.After entering silicon oil,the range of frequency response is broadened from 3~11 Hz to 3~22 Hz.The experiment of sine stimulation indicates that the operation range of sensor is decided by the damped system when the stimulation frequency is close to the natural frequency.However,the frequency response is limited by the natural frequency of cantilever because the thick end of cantilever is fixed on the base.
