摘　　要：智能时栅位移传感器是一种全新的位移传感器。文中提出将SSI同步串行技术应用在智能时栅传感器上,使智能时栅传感器的输出协议能兼容多种国外高精度光电编码器。详细介绍了SSI同步串行技术在智能时栅传感器接口上的实现与应用。Smart time grating displacement sensor is a new displacement sensor.This paper presents the SSI synchronous serial technology applies on the smart time grating sensor,so that output protocols of the smart time grating sensor compatible with a variety of foreign highprecision optical encoders.It introduces in detail of the SSI synchronous serial technology implements and applies on interface of smart time grating sensor.
