差异化援助与大生态建设--西藏阿里地区狮泉河镇规划探索

摘　　要：针对西藏自治区西部小城镇发展的特点,提出通过差异化援助为城镇发展动力,通过可持续"造血型"项目援助,促进阿里地区城镇化的健康发展和狮泉河镇的城镇拓展,并根据狮泉河镇自然生态环境特点大力推进大生态小城镇建设,建立阿里标准。并以此指导城镇总体规划。Aiming at the characteristics of small town development in west region of Tibetan Autonomous Region,this paper proposes to promote the healthy development of urbanization in Ali region and the urban expansion of Shiquanhe town with differentiated assistance and technological support.It argues to promote the construction of greater ecological town in accordance with the natural and environment features of Shiquanhe town and then set up the ＂Ali standard＂ to guide the master plan of towns.
