摘 要:矩阵变换器控制策略复杂以及电压传输比较低的问题,结合"虚拟直流母线电压"策略,提出虚拟不可控整流SVPWM的方法,虚拟整流器采用不可控整流方式,根据最大虚拟直流母线电压,从9个双向开关中选择相应的6个开关作为虚拟逆变器的控制开关;虚拟逆变器采用空间矢量调制技术进行调制。其控制算法与交—直—交变换器控制算法的复杂度相当,电压传输比在理论上可达到0.955。仿真和实验结果与理论分析一致,证明了该新型调制策略的可行性和优越性。In view of the low voltage transfer ratio and the complex control strategy of matrix converter and combined with the "Virtual DC Bus",the method of "Virtual Uncontrolled Rectifier SVPWM" is presented.The virtual rectifier works on uncontrolled mode,and corresponding 6 switches were chosen from 9 bi-directional switches as control switches of virtual inverter according to maximum DC bus voltage;the virtual inverter adopts voltage space vector modulation.The complexity of control strategy is equivalent with that of ac-dc-ac converter,and the voltage transfer ratio is theoretically up to 0.955.The simulation and experiment results are found to be mostly in agreement with the presented theories,whereby the new modulation strategy is feasible and superior in its performances.
