摘　　要：通过论述医院管理与医德的内在联系,指出医院管理要以医德管理为基础,医院管理与医德管理相结合是现代医院管理的一种新趋势。弄清医德管理在医院管理中的作用以及如何强化这方面的功能,从而把医院管理和医德管理有机地结合起来,对促进医院健康发展有着特别重要的意义。This paper clarifies the internal connection of hospital management and medical ethics, and points out that hospital management should be based on medical ethics management, for their combination could be the future trend of modern hospital management. It is of particular importance to clarify and further strengthen the significance of medical ethics management during hospital management, thus reasonably combine hospital management and medical ethics management, in order to promote a healthy development of hospitals.
