摘 要:研究了现有采用试验缸高压腔与加载缸加载腔直接连通实现功率回收的液压缸耐久性试验方法,分析了该方法的试验条件和适用范围,指出了其局限性.提出了基于马达-液压泵二次调节功率回收节能技术的液压缸耐久性试验方法,该方法对加载缸加载腔和试验缸驱动腔对应有效工作面积大小关系没有任何约束要求,试验工况适应能力强,便于工程应用,具有较高的功率回收效率.The problem of large power consumption by overflow valve in the means of durability test of hydraulic cylinder through cylinder opposite jacking for loading given in GB/T 15622-2005, the means of test on hydraulic cylinder, is pointed out. Power recovery technology on durability test of hydraulic cylinder by means of connecting the loading cylinder's output and the testing cylinder's input with oil pipe is researched. The testing condition and the range of application of the technology are analyzed. Its limitation is pointed out. Based on secondary controlled system by means of hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump, power recovery technology on durability test of hydraulic cylinder is put forward. It does not limit the relation between the work area of the loading cylinder's loading chamber and the one of the testing cylinder's driving chamber. It has advantages such as its adaptability to all test conditions and its high efficiency of power recovery.
