罗陆一辨治病态窦房结综合征临证经验探析

摘　　要：从对病态窦房结综合征的病因病机认识,辨证施治,典型病案,体会4个方面对罗陆一教授辨治病态窦房结综合征的临证经验进行了论述。罗陆一教授认为本病病位在心,其根本在肾,主要病机为心、脾、肾阳气虚弱,以肾虚为根,在阳虚的基础上可有不同程度的血瘀、痰阻、寒凝等之标证,据此制定了"温通心肾"的治疗大法,以"伤寒论"经方麻黄附子细辛汤合桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤为基础方,随症加减,临床收效满意。The article dicusses the clinical experience of Professor Luo Lu-yi in diagnosing and treating sick sinus syndrome（SSS） from four aspects：realization of pathogeny and pathogenesis,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,typical cases and experience.Professor Luo Lu-yi thinks that the location of SSS is the heart,while the fundamental viscera is the kidney.The mainly pathogenesis is deficiency of yang-qi of heart,spleen,kidney,and the fundamental pathogeny is the deficiency of kidney.There are many manifestations,such as blood stasis,stagnation of phlegm and cold coagulation etc,which are based on insufficiency of yang.So in view of the above pathogeny and pathogenesis,Professor Luo Lu-yi establishes the therapeutic principle of warmly dredging heart and kidney.The therapeutic principle is based on the classical prescriptions,Ephedra Asarum Aconite Decoction combined with Cassia twig Licorice adding Keel Oyster Decoction,which is from Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases.According to the different syndromes,Professor Luo Lu-yi adds and subtracts different herbs,which has a satisfied clinical effects.
