摘　　要：目的:观察温阳益气汤对心力衰竭患者的心功能和血浆中脑利钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法:将心衰患者131例随机分为治疗组67例和对照组64例。两组均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组同时加服温阳益气汤,半个月后观察两组患者心功能的改善情况和血浆中BNP水平的变化。结果:治疗组能明显改善患者的心功能;在降低血浆中BNP的含量方面,治疗组亦显示了良好的疗效。结论:温阳益气汤治疗充血性心力衰竭有较好的临床疗效。Objective：To observe the effect of Yiqi Wenyang Decoction on the heart function and the level of BNP in the patients of congestive heart failure.Methods：113 cases were randomly divided into treatment group（67 cases） and control group（64 cases）.The control group was given western medicine only,the treatment group was given western medicine combined with Yiqi Wenyang Decoction.The heart function and the level of BNP were measured after half a month.Results：The heart function was better and the level of BNP was lower in the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion：The curative effect of Yiqi Wenyang Decoction on treating congestive heart failure was better.
