吴茱萸热熨法促进腹部术后胃肠功能恢复临床观察  

Effect of Medicated Ironing with Fructus Evodiae on Promoting Gastrointestinal Function Recovery After Abdominal Operation

摘　　要：【目的】观察不同手术方式对腹部术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响,以及吴茱萸热熨法对促进腹部术后患者胃肠功能恢复的作用。【方法】选择肠道手术患者153例,根据手术方式分为开放式手术组(110例)和腹腔镜手术组(43例)2组,均于术后24 h内采用吴茱萸热熨法治疗,比较2组不同观察时间胃肠功能恢复以及肠鸣音、肛门排气时间。【结果】腹腔镜手术组的胃肠功能恢复时间较开放式手术组缩短(P<0.05);开放式手术组与腹腔镜手术组肠鸣音恢复正常时间比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);而腹腔镜手术组肛门排气时间较开放式手术组缩短(P<0.01)。同时,患者在用药过程中未出现不良反应报告。【结论】手术方式不同对术后胃肠功能恢复的影响不同,吴茱萸热熨法对腹部术后患者胃肠功能恢复有明显的促进作用。Objective To observe the effect of medicated ironing with Fructus Evodiae on promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal operation.Methods The clinical data were collected from 153 cases which received intestinal operation.The patients were divided into open operation group（N=110） and operation under abdominoscope group（N=43）.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,bowel sound and anal gas passage were compared in both groups.Results Time for the recovery of gastrointestinal function and anal gas passage was shorter in operation under abdominoscope group than that in open operation group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.However,the difference of time for the recovery of bowel sound was insignificant between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Side reaction such as dermal irritability,swelling and pain was not shown during the medication.Conclusion Various operation methods have an effect on gastroinstinal function.Medicated ironing with Fructus Evodiae shows certain effect on promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal operation.
