不同栽培品种阳春砂的化学成分比较

摘　　要：【目的】比较阳春砂的3个栽培品种长果、圆果及春选果实化学成分的差异。【方法】分别采用气相色谱法、水蒸气蒸馏法、甲苯法对3个不同品种10个批次的阳春砂中乙酸龙脑酯、挥发油、水分的含量进行测定。【结果】阳春砂3个栽培品种长果、圆果、春选中挥发油含量差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),但春选品种乙酸龙脑酯含量较长果、圆果显著偏低(P<0.05)。3个品种水分含量均小于150 mL/kg,符合药典要求。【结论】不同栽培品种阳春砂的化学成分含量有所不同。Objective To compare the chemical compositions in the three cultivars of Amomum villosum Lour.（AVL）,namely ＂Changguo＂,＂Yuanguo＂ and ＂Chunxuan＂.Methods Gas chromatography,water distillation process and toluene determination method were applied to determine the contents of bornyl acetate,essential oil contents and water,respectively,in 10 batches of three cultivars of AVL.Results The content of essential oil in the three cultivars showed no difference,but the content of bornyl acetate in ＂Chunxuan＂ was significantly lower than the other two cultivars（P〈0.05）.The water content in the three cultivars was less than 150 mL/kg,which meets the regulations of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion The three cultivars of Amomum villosum Lour.vary in chemical composition contents.
