摘　　要：针对NEBS认证标准的要求,本文提出了一种符合该标准要求的高低温自动测试系统设计方案,该方案能有效改善测试点控温精度和温度波动度,减少人工干预,防止设备故障。According to NEBS certification requirements, this paper represents a high-low temperature automatic test system design which can effectively improve the accuracy of test points and the temperature fluctuation and reduce manual intervention, even prevent equipment damage.
